Not only is Sara an accomplished performer, she is a scholar in the field.  Her Harvard University thesis on the roles played by science in the performance of magic shows earned her a degree with honors.  Her work has been published both in print and on the web.  You can read one of her articles: Magic History, Magical Myths: The Historian's Challenge on the website Magical Past-Times: The On-Line Journal of Magic History.

She has also performed at the Exploratorium, in San Francisco, and Liberty Science Center, in New Jersey. Sara was the researcher and resident magician at the California Science Center for their nationally touring exhibit: Magic: The Science of Illusion.
